Using only the front cover prediction strategy, make a prediction based upon what you see. Your comment must be at least four complete sentences and must state evidence to why you are making that prediction. You do not have to comment on what you "think" is happening. ReplyDeleteKylie R. I predict that Bernie will go thru the drive thru funeral, at night when there's no one around................ and all of the sudden all the use to be dead people will sit up and start talking to him. After that he will try to find out why these dead people came to life.

ReplyDeleteI think that a ghost is at the Drive thru funeral parlor so he gets his flashlight to scope out the ghost.-Because he has a flashlight ,and he looks scared plus the person is coming out of a casket.
I think maybe his uncle or someone he knew died there and he is being scared by him.-Because his hair is spiked up.
I predicted that he is seeing a family member that he has never seen before.
Because he looks scared ,and looks like the family member is in a casket.
AUSTIN.What I think happened is a kids family member dies but he isn't really dead.So when the kid went to see the family member before the funeral the family member is sitting up in the coffin.And that made the kids hair stand up.And that is what I think happened.

I made this prediction because the front cover looks like a boy in a funeral parlor, and seeing a man in a cofin. On the cover the boy also has hair standing up.

ReplyDeleteI predict that the man in the coffin was dead,but then he woke up. I based my prediction on how the man in the coffin is sitting up. Also the little boy looks scared to see him. Another thing is that since the boy has a flashlight it must be a dark place, with that place being good to put a dead guy.
Mitch: I think that the guy is coming up from his coffin like a zombie because it looks like a coffin and he is coming up.I think Bernie is scared so his hair pointed up. Another prediction is that the guy is a kidnapper and is going to steal him but is hiding in the coffin till everyone is gone because it is only Bernie and that guy you can see.My last prediction is that its a prank pulled on bernie set up by family because he is being bad.

And a man just looking at the boy. And finally the man and boy both look like they're in a funeral home because there is a lot of funeral flower arrangements. And the man is in a coffin.

So then he goes on a advenctur to see if that is the real guy. And so then he tells his parents so they come to see and he dosent move so there what ever and leve. then the kid looks at the guy and then he thinks it is all in his head and he turns around and the guy is not there. I predicted this because on the front cover the guy is siting up and the kid looks shocket.

Ian. In the coffin.I choose this chapter because it sounds like the most interesting.It looks like the scariest chapter in the book. And because it is the last chapter.
